CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cincinnati Renewed Wellness is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving notice, they prevent another client from being seen. We have a 24 hour or less cancellation policy. Please call us at (513) 818-3208 if you need to cancel or reschedule or utilize the scheduling portal. If notification is not given within the proper time frame, you will be charged the full appointment fee amount for the missed appointment.

CHECK-IN:

When you arrive to our wellness center, please take a seat and we will be with you at your appointment time. 

Emergency Services:

If this is a medical emergency please dial 911 or go to your nearest hospital. If you are in need of crisis intervention please contact the local crisis hotline at 513-281-2273 or the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

Late ArrivaL:

If you arrive late to a counseling appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the session and will only be seen during your previously scheduled appointment time. This is at the discretion of the provider and may be considered a No-Show at the 15 min mark.

RESERVATION Process:

If you would like to reserve an appointment time, please submit appointment requests via our online scheduling portal or give Cincinnati Renewed Wellness a call at (513)-818-3208. We strive to respond to calls, appointment requests, and emails within 48 business hours.
